We worked with Felice back in 2020 for our first mortgage, so 4 years later when we were planning a big move, it was a no-brainer to work with him again. He was great the first time, but went above and beyond this past spring in a few ways. First, we were planning a move to a new city in Alberta, and I was looking for a new job in order to secure the new mortgage. Not only did Felice connect me with the person who I ended up working with, but he was an expert at setting things up to get the mortgage considering I was starting a new commission based sales job. This is the toughest set up I could have imagined but Felice was up for the challenge and secured us the amount we needed at a great prime rate, did everything super quick, kept me calm at all times, and didn't get annoyed with my constant need for updates!
