Felice Corcione
In 2008 Felice Corcione received a Bachelor of Management degree with honors from the University of Lethbridge, majoring in Finance and Marketing. He then spent nearly four years in the finance department of an international oil and gas company. During that time Felice began investing in Real Estate, and by 2010 had acquired three rental properties with a total of seven rental units, with mortgages arranged by the Mortgage Group.
In the course of his real estate investment activities, Felice found that he was more interested in working with people and their real estate and mortgage needs, than in corporate finance; so in 2011 Felice left the corporate world for a career in Mortgages, where his academic, corporate, and investment experiences have allowed him to quickly become a successful mortgage associate.
Felice grew up in the Calgary neighborhood of Bridgeland where he continues to live, invest, and actively participate in community life.
Felice has purchased, renovated, and rented his properties on his own, having this knowledge he can offer clients a diverse range of expertise.
